Welcome to my website
For over 40 years I have been engaged in teaching and researching Transport Law. I have taught different aspects of the law of carriage of goods at Cardiff University for much of that time. In order to widen access to my publications I will make them available here where possible. Some of these should also be available on Researchgate and Academia.Com but this site can provide a further outlet for them. I will also post links to some materials which are not otherwise available and the occasional blog expressing my views. The main focus will be on the Convention on the Contract of Carriage of Goods by Road 1956 (CMR) but freight forwarding and multimodal transport may also be included.
