The dropbox link below provides access to those copies of the the preliminary work done by UNIDROIT (the International Institute for the Unification of Private Law) in the course of the development of the Convention on the Contract for the Carriage of Goods by Road 1956. Apart from missing one of the papers it is otherwise complete.
